• • Conceptualization & Development: Design and develop new pump models and components from concept to production, focusing on performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • 3D Modeling & Drafting: Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
  • Analysis & Simulation: Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate designs, optimize performance, and predict behavior under various operating conditions.
  • Material Selection: Specify appropriate materials for pump components, considering fluid compatibility, pressure, temperature, corrosion resistance, and cost.
  • Prototyping & Testing Support: Collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams during prototype fabrication, testing, and validation phases.
  • Problem Solving & Optimization: Analyze existing designs for performance improvements, cost reduction, and reliability enhancements. Troubleshoot design-related issues during production or field operation.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Standards & Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., API, ISO, ANSI) and safety regulations.
